MEGATRO offer turnkey solutions for transmission line steel poles, including engineering designs, drawings, manufacture, supply and installation. We are professional manufacturer of transmission pole of 132KV.

As to 132KV pole, we mainly export to some Asian, African and American countries. The pole shall consist of a galvanized steel pole with six cross arms or as per clients technical specification, and shall be bolted on an anchor bolts system embedded in foundation and shall be able to carry the loads and the loading conditions of client's technical specification. The pole and cross-arm shall be polygonal in shape and tapered uniformly. The poles shall be in several sections and assembly of sections shall be achieved by slip joints. Moreover, we also can provide pole attachments such as climbing device, anti-climbing guard, removable ladder, pole cap, anti-sink belt, anti-bird devices, warning and identification plates or other accessories.

Our 132KV transmission pole have some main types as follow:

(1) Suspension pole (0-2) double circuit suspension pole for use at line deviation angles up to 2 degree

(2) Light angle pole (0-30) : tension pole for use at line deviation angle up to 30 degree, and as section pole at intervals nor exceeding 10 spans in long tangent sections

(3) Medium angle pole: tension pole for use at line deviation angle up to 60 degree

(4) Heavy angle pole (0-30) entry terminal pole : angle and terminal pole for use at line deviation angle up to 90 degrees and at terminal position with line entry angle up to 45degrees.

(5) Strain type pole

MEGATRO has a complete staff of professional engineering personnel trained in the PLS pole program and three different manufacturing process for produce poles. We utilize the latest version of PLS-CAD, PLS-POLE, TOWER, AUTOCAD and other CAD software. We can optimize the pole shape and design with light weight and high strength. If client need back up file and loading report, we can design and provide them by PLS software.

All parts of the poles and cross-arms shall be hot-dipped galvanized after completion of manufacturing operation. No further manufacturing, touching up or modification shall be performed on the pole or cross-arm after they have been galvanized. Galvanization shall be as per relevant GB, ASTM, BS standards.

If client have other special requirements for pole design and fabrication, we can modify to conform to final requirements.

Performance Standard
